Tragic Bad News in Nigeria.

Bad news between 27th to 28th July.

5. The PDP chairman Died on Monday 27th July. The chairman of the caretaker executive committee of the people's Democratic party (PDP) Abia state chief Johnson Onuigbo has been confirmed dead. He reportedly died on Monday evening but details of his death are yet to be revealed. It was gathered that the Umuobasi Ugba Umuahia Ibeku residence of the deceased said that the PDP Chairman passed away on Monday evening but did not give further details as to the cause of the sudden death of chief Onuigbo.
    Late chief Johnson Onuigbo, before his emergencies as the abia PDP caretaker Executive committee chairman, was a former transition committee chairman of Umuahia North Local Government Area and Abia central sonal vice chairman of the party. He was reportedly a close friend of former Governer Theodore Orji, now the current Senator representing Abia central Senetorial district Abia State in the Nigerian Senate.
4. Two men die in Osun auto accident.
       Two men lost their lives in an auto accident involving a mack truck without number plates, a Honda element with number plate GGG143AJ and a bajaj motorcycle SMK124QR along Osogbo Obokun road in Osun State.
      According to source, the truck has a failed break and rammed into the upcoming vehicle and the commercial motorcyclist killing the two person at the spot. Commercials motorcyclist at the scene almost lynched the driver of the truck but for the former arrival of the officers of Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) confirming the incident, the sector public education officer, Agnes Ogungbemi said the corpse of the deceased has been deposited in the Ladoke Akintola Teaching University Hospital Osogbo.
3. Again bandits Attack Communities In Nigeria State.
      Armed bandits have attacked two villages under Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger State.  The latest attack occured in Agwaja village and Gadora where the assailants invaded the place in large number on motorcycle and shot at residents of the Communities. The bandits also rustled animals and stole food items from houses and shops during the attack which lasted for hours.
2. One killed in petrol tanker explosion in Kano State.
 The Kano state fire service has confirmed one person killed in the fire incident involving a petrol tanker at kota ruwa area of Kano metropolis. The spokesman of the service Mr Sallah Mohammed confirmed the incident in a statement he said "the incident occurred on Audi manager fuel servicing in Kofar Ruwa road in Delta Local Government Area of the state. 
1. Fire Guts a bus on Third Mainland Bridge.
     A commercial bus has reportedly been engulfed by fire on the third Mainland bridge Lagos State.    The incidents was said to have occurred at adekunle outward Third mainland Bridge. One lane has been opened for vehicle to reduce the backlog of traffic. 
 The sector commander, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Lagos State commander Oluesegun Ogungbemi, has confirmed the incident.
