The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has released the timetable for 2020 West African Senior School Certificate Examinations (WASSCE). In a statement on Tuesday, WAEC's spokesman, Demianus Ojijeogu said the Examinations would begin from August 17th through September 12th 2020.    The council hereby urges the candidates to abide by the rules and regulations guiding the conducts of the examination by shunning all acts of malpractice and obeying all covid 19 protocols that have been put in place at the Examinations centres. It added "we have sent the timetable to the schools and candidates also have their copy" he said.  This year WASSCE earlier scheduled for April was initially postponed indefinitely because of the covid 19 pandemic.     Secondary school graduating students from the English speaking countries ( Nigeria,Ghana,Serria Loane,Gambia,Liberia) of Africa are scheduled to write this examination.  Dont forget to follow me on this blog and D...

 Boko haram bombs Borno again.   The explosion occurred around 12:30am on Sunday according to the residents around the area. A multiple explosions that rocked Kafan Ruwa town under Kondugu Local Government Area of Borno State. Reporters gathered that many people also sustained injuries from the blast.     Details of the actual casualty could not be ascertained yet but a man and his wife were killed in the blast. The killing of several people and leaving dozens injured where also caused by the incident.       Borno has been the epicentre of boko haram bomb attack, violence and killing for many years, killing most Northern citizens of Nigeria.
